I was never overly enthusiastic about the Huffington Post because of an interview Ariana did on the Daily Show, where she came across like a cheesy, self-absorbed ass... like most non-celebrity bloggers, actually. But hey, she's a big name, so I guess we're supposed to care about her blog and act like it is so important and oh God whatever. There've been a few decent articles but you're right, the vast majority of the site is pure trash.

As an aside: [1], [2]. I didn't know, either, but words with really awful histories and meanings sneak into our language all the time.

Yeah, all sexism all the time! Plus, isn't Hadron Collider a Rapper the Ms. Kardashian dated a while back.
