The link opens well into the article. I have heard/read a few pundits who think the release is a great thing. My initial reaction based on my conservative nature about dealings with resources and reserves and such, was one of skepticism. This article makes sense to me. aWe will see, I guess. For anyone choosing to read it, I recommend the first few comments as well.
