(sorry, couldn't resist)</p> <p>What's the actual effect on current politics and control structure? Is the solidification if Dem-Rep split as much a "Dems are from Venus..." shift? We've known more females were going to college for some time - are the institutions themselves changing, and how that relates to the job market and government policy makers, up to party leaders?</p> <p>Is it a shift we'll notice much more in 20-30 years as this generation assumes more power?
