Can y'all wait until the text of the bill is actually released before claiming disaster? It's almost certain that this bill will be GOOD for the environment because it will make it much easier to build green projects.

Everything I've read (except from a radical subsection of psychotic & self-destructive NIMBY activists) says that this will HELP the environment by eliminating most of the red tape for green projects. Building a new pipeline or two is a small price to pay for that.

You are citing an opinion piece by an environmental activist. Most of what I read in there is unsubstantiated opinions without any real sources. When he claims that the bill was likely written by fossil fuel industries, his only source is a link to the legislative text.
