The new Speaker is attacking Biden on this first thing, even though Biden held an extremely clear press conference only a few days ago explaining he will do whatever he can under current law and Supreme Court rulings but that the main responsibilty lies with Congress to fix the laws, however they might turn out. He implied that Congress (both parties) is continually passing the buck, that it's all faux outrage for political benefit, that it is their problem and they need to fix it. That they are demagoging by passing the buck when it is their problem, and his job is to make sure what they decide is executed. In the meantime, while so many things are in limbo because of Congress not doing its job, he's doing what he can

Biden is making his first border visit of his life—a photo op—while pushing for amnesty for millions of immigrants who have crossed into the US illegally.

House Republicans will hold him and Mayorkas accountable for creating the most dangerous border crisis in American history.
