I thought about make peace for a bit but then it occurred to me that using peoples fear is a more sure fire way to separate them from their money. And the more money you have the greater that fear. A minor quibble with the headline: the HCR bill is not going to reduce costs. It's a political trickery to allow fiscally conservative Blue Dogs to flip to "yes".
