Why are you conflating a season-long award with a single game's performance? Whether he was DPOY or not has NOTHING to do with him being the best defender on the field in a particular game.

Dockett - from a DT slot - wreaked havoc the whole game. Six tackles, two sacks, and personally ensured Pittsburgh had no running room. (Take away Willie Parker's one 15-yard run in the third - which went AWAY from Dockett - and he carried 18 times for 38 yards.)

Did you see him blow up play after play? Justin Hartwig had three false starts called on him trying to stop Dockett.

Yes, Harrison had the signature defensive play of the game. He also had a completely idiotic personal foul late in the game that helped Arizona come back. Frankly, Harrison should've been tossed out - he took *several* cheap shots at a player who was down and basically defenseless. I imagine he'll be writing a decent check - and hearing from Mike Tomlin.

Warner may have rightwing politics but they did mention his charity of choice is Habitat for Humanity so he's not a total goof. Nice to see his wife grew her hair out. Looks much better than that spiked do she had earlier in the decade.
