I'm so sorry. I feel for you. I don't know what else to say. Except, perhaps, if I ever get down about something, I make myself think about the Iraqi refugees, people in Dafur, etc etc - the list seems endless.

Perhaps you could think about how it would have been had you been in the Myanmar disaster.

No loss adjusters there.
