For cheap worthless trinkets, the foreigners aquired great wealth; then after 60 years, they killed off the host tribes. The new modern day trade agreement, with the offer of cheap trinkets and goods offered by these foreign, offshore companies, it took only 15 years, to kill off the host working class tribe.
