No, I don't. In fact I expect them to make gestures of charity to protect their image, so that they can say they are charitable and that they care. At the same time they will cut programs that hurt the poor and average americans before increasing taxes on the wealthy that have barely felt this recession and have the most concentration of the nations wealth since the disparity between rich are poor began to be tracked. They are a do what we say, not as we do crowd. They will expect 'us' to be charitable.
