Anyone ever see a manned drone?

Haven't the New World Order™ black ones been rumored to have little aliens on them (and it just so happens, El Paso is not so very far from Area 51!) Would that be considered "manned" or not?

More serioiusly, thanks for posting this, as I wouldn't have noticed it otherwise, and it is one of those stories surely to show up in some conspiracy theory eventually (especially since the gummint is being strange in talking about it.) BTW I went looking for more info., and it was apparent nobody but TPM made that semantic mistake.
