I am astounded that someone would have the gall to attack you and your race with disputable facts that are normally found on ultra-conservative blog sites as well as ultra-conservative radio.

Most white racists remain 'in the closet' and attempt to stay out of the fray; keeping their real feelings under cover.

This reminds me of the GOP bigwig in Alabama justifying de facto segregation and unequal public funding of minority schools while standing at a press conference held in his gated community.

Racist comments were overt in the fifties and sixties, then covert for the following decades until now.

The GOP county chairman was overtly claiming that Black children cannot learn; that there is something in their genes so to speak like some Southern Congressmen in the forties or fifties.

This lady comes off a lot worse than the county official because she is using false statistics--almost like urban myths--to justify her animosity to an entire race. Rush is guilty of similar sins as are other radio 'personalities'.

Just as an aside I recently viewed Spike Lee's On the Bus--about strangers meeting on a bus bound for Farakhan's Million Man March. The diversity of this serendipitous gathering underlines the plot.

Many liberals are also guilty sometimes of 'lumping' all individuals within a minority group.

What is fascinating to me is that there appears to be the resulting animosity toward the repubs by African-Americans. Hell the same result may be found among Hispanics.

The real message in her communique appears to be a contention that all Blacks are bastards, all Blacks are terrible parents, all Blacks are incapable of caring for their kinfolk, all Blacks are drug addicts, all Blacks are on welfare....

I guess these racist bastards are just sick and tired of hiding in the closet and keeping their true feelings to themselves.

I just feel that the discourse in this country has changed drastically over the last decade; maybe it is just a feeling.

Well, Obama does do a lot of thinking, but not sure he's impressing that many people with it. More 17-dimensional chess turning Libya into our new humanitarian cruise missile target.

The reason Obama's reviled so much is he's a Democratic president, which makes him fair game for any and all conservative insults. Really, there is no logic behind it, not even racism, it's just "us vs. them", and so any tactic will do.

Politics is just war by other means.
