Pat Robertson stepped in dog crap when he proclaimed that Hurricane Katrina was God's punishment of New Orleans. Yet it seems reasonable to me that the frequency of dangerous weather patterns is increasing due to climate changes that are worsened by the sin of carbon pollution. I think that some here think my choice of screen name suggests a militant attitude on my part. It does not. If anything, it indicates a "coming out", although IRL I wouldn't say I'm completely "out" as an atheist.
