When people treat themselves like trash, their property like trash, and people that visit as a pocket to beg from money from you get what is Detroit. </p></div></div></div> Wed, 11 May 2011 00:06:17 +0000 Anonymous comment 119509 at http://dagblog.com The entire state is bleeding http://dagblog.com/comment/117104#comment-117104 <a id="comment-117104"></a> <p><em>In reply to <a href="http://dagblog.com/comment/117101#comment-117101">yawn...even from your title</a></em></p> <div class="field field-name-comment-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><blockquote><p>The entire state is bleeding in debt and you think things can stay the same.</p></blockquote><p>So naturally, cutting taxes on the rich was a good move then, right?</p></div></div></div> Thu, 28 Apr 2011 14:03:33 +0000 Verified Atheist comment 117104 at http://dagblog.com "He made the trains run on http://dagblog.com/comment/117103#comment-117103 <a id="comment-117103"></a> <p><em>In reply to <a href="http://dagblog.com/comment/117101#comment-117101">yawn...even from your title</a></em></p> <div class="field field-name-comment-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><p>"He made the trains run on time."</p></div></div></div> Thu, 28 Apr 2011 14:00:36 +0000 Donal comment 117103 at http://dagblog.com yawn...even from your title http://dagblog.com/comment/117101#comment-117101 <a id="comment-117101"></a> <p><em>In reply to <a href="http://dagblog.com/politics/were-michigan-and-most-us-dont-deserve-9973">We&#039;re Michigan and Most of Us Don&#039;t Deserve This</a></em></p> <div class="field field-name-comment-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><p>yawn...even from your title you could smell liberal...crying we don't deserve the state.</p><p>The city is losing population which means less students and will of course man more school closing.  We are at the lowest population since the early 1900's I believe.</p><p>As a product of Detroit Public School I applaud Robert Bobb for stepping up and making things better.  You mention he closed school but you fail to mention all the mess he has cleaned up.  The people he found receiving paychecks for doing nothing. The teachers who sit in class and put forth no effort.  The completely unsafe infrastructure of most of the schools he is closing.</p><p>The entire state is bleeding in debt and you think things can stay the same.  It is going to take major cuts and programs will have to end.  This is not easy and not comfortable and will take some time.</p><p>Reading thru your blog all I see is the same sit back and talk about everything.  I do not see you steeping up and getting on the streets to help.  What programs are you running?  Have you picked up trash in the streets to help?  Nope...complain complain complain...typical.  Waiting for the government to tax and do it for you.</p></div></div></div> Thu, 28 Apr 2011 13:52:49 +0000 Anonymous comment 117101 at http://dagblog.com Truly outrageous, all of http://dagblog.com/comment/116978#comment-116978 <a id="comment-116978"></a> <p><em>In reply to <a href="http://dagblog.com/politics/were-michigan-and-most-us-dont-deserve-9973">We&#039;re Michigan and Most of Us Don&#039;t Deserve This</a></em></p> <div class="field field-name-comment-body field-type-text-long field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><p>Truly outrageous, all of this. I have been reading about Benton Harbor and was wondering why people are putting up with this, I seriously cannot believe a governor can fire people who have been elected! It makes no sense!!! I am amazed people are not doing something about this, although to answer my own question, it seems they need a damn good lawyer. I will keep watching this though, i am intrigued by these actions and hope they can stop these loons.</div></div></div> Tue, 26 Apr 2011 22:09:55 +0000 tmccarthy0 comment 116838 at http://dagblog.com
