Foreign Policy you have to be registered, then they give you a few freebie articles a month after you x-out the pop-up ad soliciting you to paid subscription. I just tested both FP links, they both still work for me so it's not a bad link problem.
Curious that you can't see five point plan reference as the link is in Germany
