Not quite a Teď Cruz, Ron DeSantis or Rand Paul "conservative"
He seems to actually want to get stuff done, not just grandstand.

And all American GOP are not Ted Cruz. They just aren't as noisy and actually work sometimes with President Biden.

Care to give some examples of GOP members who are actively "pro-choice, pro-immigration, and pro-same-sex-marriage positions", "argues that large budget deficits are the reason for inflation" (and presumably votes against extreme deficit budgets even under his own party), "proposes requiring "severely unaffordable" cities to increase their amount of new homes built by 15 percent", " in favour of addressing climate change by using green technology and placing targets to reduce carbon-related emissions, opposed to using taxes.[146][147] One of the technologies he plans to incentivize is carbon capture and storage.", "Poilievre stated that a government led by him would support Ukraine by bringing in more Ukrainian refugees, providing more weapons to aid to Ukraine, and by supplying Europe with Canada's energy and oil to help reduce Europe's dependency on energy from Russia.", "Poilievre believes the solution to gun violence in Canada is stronger policing of gun smuggling, opposed to placing further restrictions on licensed firearms owners and sports shooters." (stopping gun smuggling might be more workable in Canada than the US - who knows...)
Still, I'm having trouble identifying all the GOP members who are similar to Poilievre. On the national stage? Or able to survive in some small unnoticed district? Sure, this could describe many *ex*-Repbulcans.
