The car company that attacked Mitt Romney for falsely claiming it was moving operations overseas is going a step further, ostensibly for President Obama.
Chrysler's vice president of design, Ralph Gilles, tweeted Tuesday that the company gave its entire work force the day off to vote. "Let's go!" he wrote.
UPDATE: To be clear, Chrysler is not breaking precedent by letting its employees take the day off -- they always do, as part of the company's contract with the UAW. Gilles is just going the extra mile on Twitter.

Yes, it looks good, considering how angry Chrysler is at Mitt for lying about moving jobs to China, but the fact is, the Big Three--Chrysler, Ford and GM--all have that written into their contracts. Election Day is a day off.
