The popularity of "the Squad" / woke politics and the mentality of white feminism will likely push a whole lot of white women in to the Republican Party, along with a minority of black and Hispanic voters. The progression won't be overnight - we will just watch the news at some point and see that the Dems have a lot of Ilhan Omars/AOCs and the Republicans have a lot of Ivanka or Melania Trumps. On the other hand, Trump handed over the southwest US and a big portion of the military vote to Biden. American politics will be a bit more complicated than people might assume.

White women have been majority Republican since 1952. There may have been one presidential year that was an exception.

“Our perception that white women are going to vote the way ‘we’ think they should has been proven false over and over again,” Elizabeth Gillespie McRae, historian and author of Mothers of Massive Resistance: White Women and the Politics of White Supremacy, tells Vogue. She points to white women’s historic role in upholding racial segregation, from campaigning against the United Nations (on the grounds that it would upend the racial divide) to rallying against school integration after Brown v. Board of Education, including leading the charge against busing black students to new districts. The Confederate monuments that have caused so much modern-day controversy, McRae adds, were often funded by white women’s organizations, prior to the 19th Amendment.

Events: Heavy gunfire is occuring around the area of the U.S. Embassy and residential compounds adjacent to the Trutier area of Tabarre. All Embassy personnel have been instructed to remain indoors and shelter-in-place until further notice. All others should avoid the area.

Actions to take:

Avoid the area;

Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;

Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and

If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
