    THE PRESIDENTIAL LIBARY

We're goin into Iraq, find a way!

(George W. Bush to his Cabinet in January, 2001.)

We are celebrating a man who refused to read any memo longer than 3 pages during his administration!

It is time to rant again!

I have had it up to here and here and here!

Just some quotes that I have noted over the years from this Great Decider and Libarian.

(With some liberties on my part of course!)

Sadaam was responsible for my negligence on September 11, 2001!

We can't show the bodies comin home cause then Americans might not wish us to continue this war.

We can't put the cost of the wars in our budget because then the Americans might not wish us to continue this war.

We can't admit that Iraq is really at war with itself because then the Americans might not wish us to continue this war.

We can't admit that we torture people and get no discernably relevant information from that torture because then the Americans might not wish us to continue this war.

We can't admit that prosecuting two wars, and giving hundreds of billions of dollars to drug companies and lowering taxes we might end up with a lot of goddamnable debt!

We can't admit that Cheney and his old company made hundreds of billions of dollars off of the wars and emergency relief during domestic tragedies or we might be impeached and imprisoned.

We can't admit that my Secretary of Defense earned hundreds of millions of dollars from our drug legislation or we might be impeached or imprisoned.

We can't admit that we spread lie after lie after lie after lie for 8 goddamn years over the MSM with inside reporters and Presidential Press Secretaries and FOX News and right wing radio fascists and....

    or we might look bad!

Oh that's enough! I am too lazy to get into his wonderful Civil Rights programs or .

Now 'they' are attempting to rehabilitate this prick.

We used to accuse the Commies of 'revisionism'.

    Well here it comes!

We never linked Sadaam to 9/11/01

Well this next link sums up my thoughts!

I have written hundreds of pages on this issue.

    that's all folks!

    Comments

I understand we are going to see a lot more of him because his brother is hinting about making a run in 2016 for president.  There will be plenty of rewriting history of the Bush years in office to clear the field for Jeb.

I went to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library six years ago. I liked it alot. There was a piece of the Berlin wall there and pictures of him with Gorbachev.

You have to wonder what the equivalent would be at the Bush Presidential Library? I think there are going to be pictures of Iraqi women with their fingers in ink after voting (just so that they wouldn't stand out to terrorists who hate democracy, of course), maybe a piece of the broken levee in New Orleans too or a continuous video of Kanye West swooning about Dubya's love for black people.

I dunno but I am forced to render unto Orion the Comment of the Day Award for this here Dagblog Site, given to all of him from all of me.

I mean the allusion to the broken levee was enough for me.

    hahahahah

This is the most depressing photo ever:

And unfortunately, Shrub is my neighbor 30 miles to the east.  Ugh!  Thanks for the rant.

    Anytime Carol. hahahah

Just make a request and I can rant forever.

I stopped in the middle of my rant actually attempting to refrain from too much obscenity.

I have been sickened by all the revisionist history that has been overflowing from the media spigots lately.  The prep work is obviously being done in the hopes we will yearn for another Bush as President, just as Jeb Bush is ready to be crowned in 2016.  Excuse me while I puke.   What a miserable, wretched group of sociopaths.  Where's a pressure cooker when you really need one ... to serve them a hot and tasty meal, of course... Why, what were you thinking?

    Hahahahhahhaah

Do not repeat that penultimate sentence too often, you might end up on a list. haahaha

The repub party is simply attempting to make itself look better.

The repubs do not give one goddamn how good Bush looks!

I can't remember now where I read this last night.  "Don't try to overthink the Bush presidency.  Yes, it was as bad as you remembered it."  I think it might have been on Chris Hayes page MSNBC.

I am glad you brought this up.

    Chris Hayes is just terrific!

Kornacki (whom I have read at Salon for years) now takes Hayes old week end spot!

Hayes is happy! Hayes just wishes to express! Hayes is wonderful!

I get the biggest kick out of him.

I love the new youngsters on MSNBC. I really do!

YES IT WAS AS BAD AS YOU REMEMBER.

    hahahahahahahahahahah

Let us pray that others remember and that the younger folks remember like us old folks.

    hahahahah

Ed comes back next week end.  Joy will kick off her new show just before him.  I am looking forward to it.  I miss old Ed and think he will do well on the time slot they gave him.  I am glad they gave Joy a show because she is so clear when she explains all the spin.  She has really good sources.

I actually think that, given 9/11, alot of what Bush did could have happened under another president as well. Sad but true. The problem with him is that, given his personality, it was impossible to come off as competent.

    Yes.

The attacks might have occurred under any President.

And any Congress for that matter.

But the right wing think tanks sat around and thought:

HOW THE HELL DO WE SPIN THIS?

And the Bastards got away with it.

We Americans are idiots for sure.

And now FOX and every goddamnable repub is spinning that George W. Bush kept us safe.

    How doya figure?

Did they spell it "library" or "liberry"?

OH SOMEBODY GOT THE DAMN POINT! hahahahahahah

I must again render rmrd THE Dayly Line of the Day Award for this here Dagblog Site, given to all of him from all of me!

    hahahaha

I DID INTENTIONALLY SPELL LIBRARY, LIBARY FOR CHRISSAKES. HAHAHAH
