AI-image generators are becoming increasingly accessible. OpenAI, an artificial intelligence company founded by Elon Musk, recently made its DALL-E image generator open to the public. Artists say some users are using these generators to create thousands of images in their style.

is true real "appropriation"
judges will decide. and if you can't afford a lawyer, you're screwed
(either side! example: sometimes entities with fancy lawyers will threaten small fry that they used or 'appropriated' content on the web, try to extort fees/fines. Supreme court actually deciding right now the case of Goldstein v. Warhol, that should clarify things a little on this front of 'fair use', but not everything...)

You know, I've read a few things that claim Ghana is a popular place for Afro-Americans who are fed up with the U.S. to expatriate. This Tweet I just ran across would suggest those things might be spin:
