I see correct priorities: put horse before cart as far as fixing any policing problems, then you can move forward more easily.

AND it would be helpful if they had two more years, which may not come about if many far lefties have their way.

On similar lines, if you cover its ass you'll enjoy the ride better - won't have to deal with so much horseshit, a lot less slipping & a sliding.
