I believe this without even checking the stats because I've had a lot of reasons to try to access the whole system again lately (after dealing with long illnesses and hospital deaths of near and dear in 2007 and 2014) and I can just feel it, that it has all gotten way worse, like desperately worse. Looking for tender loving care when you are ill? It's pretty rare, rather you get the feeling of walking into a world that's mad as hell and just can't take it anymore, where you feel required to comfort the providers rather than the other way around.
