Federal gift rules prohibit any official from giving a gift worth more that $10 to a superior. Trump’s profit margin on this party is a lot more than that.

The businesses of @realDonaldTrump are subsidized with emoluments from:
Foreign governments.
The federal government.
State governments.
(All three unconstitutional)
And from his own cabinet members (violation of gift rules)
Not to mention lobbyists and industry (de facto bribes).
