I think this is a P.R. stunt because: nobody cares about Melania. Gotta get some voodoo outrage fur/agin going before significant numbers will buy the book:

Well it was what one calls "outsider art" these days, which is very popular as the artists are considered outside the whole art world system, so it is difficult to besmirch.
