Because the point of critical theories isn't to solve problems; it's to have grounds to keep complaining and to gain power through their complaining. https://t.co/QJjeFpWn7h

Because critical theory doesn't seem to understand problems or their solutions but instead to complain about how problematics emerge within those proposed solutions, thus misdirecting and wasting resources during a time when that can literally be grotesquely fatal. https://t.co/u13092x0ro

You might think they want to make better solutions, according to an equity definition of better, but they don't really, only superficially. How can you know? Because they'll complain about whatever gets implemented, even if it's based on answering their previous complaints.

We have an actual crisis going on right now, and hyper-empowered complainers *are not helping.* They're distracting, wasting resources, proposing no solutions or unrealistic ones, impeding good but imperfect solutions, focused on the wrong objectives, and *not helping.*

"There’s too much at stake to let establishment Democrats lead us down the road of failure by selling Joe Biden as safe. He’s not." https://t.co/xv4UYA03Kw
This is ridiculous @AOC. It was not voter suppression that caused voters, including me, to vote for @JoeBiden. It was his position on gun safety. His decency. His civility. It is his leadership. Stop making excuses for voters not choosing Bernie. https://t.co/TElznbDQG6
Holy fuck. It was new *same day registration* that caused the lines, *allowing* students to vote who couldn't have otherwise. Forgot to register or switch voting address? Drive home to K'zoo? Or stand in line? And the no-spoil vote. So instead of your vote for Pete, Amy, Liz being wasted, you just "spoiled" it and got a do-over. It's a feature, Alexandra, not a big.
sorry, i've forgotten how to embed a link here, and apologies that this is just a drive-by comment. i don't have a dog in this fight, as there isn't one of the D nominees i would have voted for. but AOC? ptui x 3. Green again for me this cycle.

Speaking for myself, wendy: all drive by participation and input is quite welcome and thank you for lurking, too...
Jill Stein and Shaun King doing the Russian troll thing 20 min. ago:
Joe Biden has been LYING about being a civil rights activist. He wasn't. Yet he's winning older black voters - and the narrative - because instead of exposing his lies, the corporate media covers for him.
Bernie Sanders can hold Biden accountable on the debate stage. Will he? https://t.co/NHMzXGKZzP

Great example of the above (and thank you, "tanu" even though I usually like King's comments):

perhaps she's feeling guilty? nah, not AOC, everyone's favorite 'progressive'!
biden's demented alright, as was ronald reagan in-office, but this seems quite true to me, as in: it's how she rolls:
‘Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Refused To Campaign More For Bernie Sanders;
The popular New York lawmaker’s absence was notable as Sanders lost his Democratic front-runner status to Joe Biden’
