There is no reason to think that Flynn has done anything criminal that he could go to jail for, no matter all the snowflake mouth-breathing over his actions. The Grand Inquisitor Mueller is witch-humting his family now so Flynn might be inclined to create a fiction about Trump that would satisfy Mueller's blood lust and save his son who is being targeted.
I think Flynn might be able to resist this extortion but we'll have and wait to see what happens. It would be so much easier for the snowflake agenda if talking to Russians was a crime but it isn't and talking isn't collusion.

I love Trump supporters like you. You verify my belief about their level of intelligence. Mike Pence, trying to save his own behind, says that Flynn lied to him about his contacts with the Russians. Pence calls Flynn a liar.
I tried but can find nothing intelligent or even intelligible in your comment. Do you believe that Flynn lying to Pense is a crime, if it even happened?
The whole story is probably too much for you to digest so you use sound-bites to cover that lack of information.
Flynn talked with the Russian Amb soon after the election and during those harmless talks the Russian Amb brought up the topic of sanctions which Flynn promptly shut down as not appropriate at that time. Flynn reported these talks with the Russian to Pense and stated there was no discussion about the sanctions, which was true, but he neglected to inform Pense that the subject came up and he shut it down during the conversations. This mistake led Pense to make an embarrassing false statement to the press that the sanctions topic never came up during Flynn's conversation with the Russian.
Everything that happened after that was snowflake media hysteria that Flynn couldn't overcome so he had to go although his lobbying for Turkey didn't help his case.

Flynn has lied and committed criimes ommission over and over to Congress, the FBI and his security forms. As well as taking money from Russia's top cybersecurity firm while working for US gov and under a security clearance that prohibits this. Now it appears he has serious criminal conspiracy charges to face on top of all that. By Russian standards he'd be safe, but her in America he's in serious trouble. How are those snowflakes in Moscow, Peter? Beautiful this time of year, but by February it's piled way high, even the Kremlin feels it.
Seth blasts NYTimes' shoddy coverage that greatly muddies the waters. MSM is greatly trailing these days, not playing its A Team anymore.
(THREAD) Here's a brief itemization of the factual errors in the New York Times' breaking news story, below, about Michael Flynn possibly having signed a cooperation deal with Bob Mueller. The errors are inexplicable, and it's important they be called out. https://t.co/KYQvl4gFpP
You must be snorting the snowflakes now because you have lost the storyline and don't remember that Flynn has not testified to congress or GI Mueller's dog and pony show. He rejected their invitation and dismissed their subpoenas which is his right. He did offer to testify if the witch-hunters were legally restrained but the GI and his minions saw this request as a challenge to their authorita and are now using extortion threats aimed at Flynn's son to further their mob like agenda.
If Flynn took money or if he didn't seperate his business from his partners he may have violated some rules but probably not laws. The other 'serious criminsl conspiracy charges' seem to be only in the minds of histerical snowflakes. No matter what that high level professional lier Woolsey said lobbying for and discussing extradition of a cult leader to Turkey is not a crime. Detaining the subject of the extradition and planning his transfer, probably with Federal Marshals, is not kidnapping.

No, it isn't his right to dismiss their subpoena.
Per Mirriam-Webster:
Definition of subpoena. : a writ commanding a person designated in it to appear in court under a penalty for failure.
Plotting to kidnap a person on US soil is a crime, whatever warm fuzzy term you decide to give it. UNLESS it is through any official US vehicle charged with handling extraditions,, in a *legal* fashion. If money was offered and he took *any* action based on that offer outside of legal means, he's already guilty.
When you come down and are released from rehab you may be able to laugh at your snowflake fantasies about a three star general stuffing a fat Turk in his car trunk for a kidnapper's cash prize.

Oh sure, just as one day I'll laugh at a President who talked about grabbing girls by the pussy and now claims it's not even him on tape, or literally dismantling the State Department in the name of "draining the swamp" and cost-cutting. We've progressed so far I don't even need drugs to engage in my wildest dreams and nightmares - I just turn on Fox, the Beeb, or when craving a serious fix, Sputnik or RT. Of course 1 of these trades in reality that just has turned to mimic the best fantasy shows. It used to be getting high once or twice a day. Now the stimulus comes "Fast and Furious", so it's hard to keep up with the stream of meth-like mini-fantasies, which of course is what ratings-obsessed psychopaths produce. Sadly, Dennis Hopper is dead, as he'd be the only one properly crazed enough to play Trump and make it somehow believable.
The White House had been bracing for charges against Mr. Flynn in recent weeks, particularly after charges were filed against three other former Trump associates: Paul Manafort, his campaign chairman; Rick Gates, a campaign aide; and George Papadopoulos, a foreign policy adviser.
And then there's this later paragraph referring back to the interview with White House lawyer Ty Cobb, which suggests Trump can't save Flynn, from what?
The White House has said that neither Mr. Flynn nor other former aides have incriminating information to provide about Mr. Trump. “He likes General Flynn personally, but understands that they have their own path with the special counsel,” a White House lawyer, Ty Cobb, said in an interview last month with The New York Times. “I think he would be sad for them, as a friend and a former colleague, if the process results in punishment or indictments. But to the extent that that happens, that’s beyond his control.”
I am shocked, shocked Peter wrote one of his boot licking defenses of President Stupid,The Orange Mousse-a-lini, without assailing Warmer Conspiracies, Clintonite dead enders, fake news media or The Red Borg Queen...!!!
It is Flynn's work for the Turks that puts him most at peril of wearing stripes.
Especially since those efforts are not just about influencing the election but reflect the good value for money spent keeping Erdogan so chummy with the current administration.
WaPo has gotten a quote along the lines of an "it's Obama's fault' excuse:
Jay Sekulow, an attorney for Trump, said, “This is not entirely unexpected.”
“No one should draw the conclusion that this means anything about General Flynn cooperating against the president,” he said, adding, “It’s important to remember that General Flynn received his security clearance under the previous administration.”
