Highly recommended read, I keep thinking about what I read in it. They've been hoist on their own petard of keeping a huge immigrant work force as non-citizens. Much more likely to have been infected by servants than by travel. And the servants are probably dying now and they're waking up to the fact that they got to give them health care or there won't be any.
And, Pakistan (relevance limited to being similarly blighted by toxic Yahwism, but fwiw...)
Sindh CM's brother-in-law dies of coronavirus
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah's brother-in-law has died after testing positive for the coronavirus at a Karachi hospital.
Syed Mehdi Shah, the managing director of Sindh Industrial Trading Estate (SITE), had been hospitalised after he became ill after returning from Iraq. He was placed on a ventilator after his condition worsened.
Sindh Governor Imran Ismail while conveying his condolences said Mehdi had been fighting Covid-19 for the past three weeks.
I would disagree that the relevance is limited.Relevance level is high when it comes to the spread of Wahhabist attitudes. Who do you think trained most Pakistani clerics and paid for their mosques?
