Just goes to show ya that the evils of gentrification are not all they are cracked up to be by some urbanologists. Sometimes gentrification is the last best hope. Where would Detroit be now without those few hipsters willing to brave and even embrace "Detropia"? China would have just razed the whole thing long ago as a mistake....
