Claire has some spin on it which is good for driving Drumpf further nuts, but I'd be careful overdoing it if i were Biden as you don't know how much of it is about the vaccine news:

I did see some news of a rally in the wee hours before the vaccine news and that said it was because of Biden giving hope that the strict trade shit would relax. One thing I do believe is that a lot of Wall Streeter types would be happy to pay higher taxes to get a sensible economic policy out of the U.S. administration. The spin that they overall prefer the GOP is not true. They are happy with Biden-Clinton type Dems, lots of Goldman Sachs types are know to donate heavily to same. They just don't want "socialism."
