"If a store’s windows must be broken to prevent a protestor’s facial bones from being broken or eye being permanently damaged, that is more than a fair trade. If a building must be graffiti-ed to prevent the suppression of free speech, that is a fair trade..." pic.twitter.com/6vyeJ8ctNb

For those asking how long this order lasts, it is a temporary restraining order. A TRO typically lasts no more than 14 days, unless the court finds reason to extend it or issues a prelim injunction. On my quick phone read, I see no specific expiration from the court.

More from the judicial decision: “plaintiffs were attacked with rubber bullets, tear gas... Additionally, plaintiffs allege that officers aimed at heads and groins, causing broken facial bones and ruptured testicles.” https://t.co/ZLnR95gbzxpic.twitter.com/24c0x3hW5b
