An aside: This paragraph from the above is very interesting legally on the Fifth Amendment issue, as corporations are often seen as protecting individuals, i.e., the "corporate veil". Here's a flip side to that:

The Senate Intelligence Committee also focused its attention on Flynn in recent weeks, issuing a rare subpoena last month for Russia-related documents in his possession. Flynn initially refused to comply, invoking his Fifth Amendment right against compelled testimony that could be used to prosecute him. The committee then subpoenaed his businesses instead to bypass the Fifth Amendment.

I brought this up a week ago - I'm happy to have Flynn brought down, and corporate status hides a lot of dreck in the "corporations are people too" age, especially since Flynn's consultancy was largely about violating the law, but I'm also concerned about all those LLC's & S-Corps and whatever allowing Congress & the police to attack the individual by other means (and in a time when everyone has their own home business, that's a huge segment of the population subject to "discovery").
