MOSCOW — Georgia on Tuesday announced it had arrested six people suspected of carrying out a series of mysterious bombings. It said they got their orders from a Russian Army officer based in the breakaway territory of Abkhazia....
The announcement came barely a month after Georgia said it had uncovered dozens of undercover agents working for Russia’s military intelligence service. That accusation caused a brief flare-up between Moscow and Tbilisi, which remain hostile since going to war over the breakaway Georgian territories of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in 2008....
