I have received a subpoena signed only by Democrat Chairs who have prejudged this case. It raises significant issues concerning legitimacy and constitutional and legal issues including,inter alia, attorney client and other privileges. It will be given appropriate consideration.

It's rather hard to claim client-attorney privilege when he goes on Fox News to spew about this "privileged information" every night, plus acts as a de facto government lawyer rather than personal lawyer in his trips around the world.

Plus he's not paid, which diminishes the claim to be legally employed as a lawyer.

But of course Rudy knows/doesn't know all of this. He's just winging it.
