GOP Bill To Let ANY Employer Deny Birth Control Coverage

TPMDC - Okay, I told ya'll so, in my comment Oxy's blog this past week:

'This is a slippery slope. And I believe with every fiber of my being (dramatic emphasis) that if the Obama administration capitulates on this, there will be a tidal wave of negativity that will be far problematic for all than the current hoopla. This, (IMHO) would be an action that would empower the far right conservatives to power on!'

Not satisfied with President Obama’s new religious accommodation, Republicans will move forward with legislation by Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) that permits any employer to deny birth control coverage in their health insurance plans, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said Sunday.
