Axios has picked out some pretty interesting analysis from a report by the World Economic Forum and Boston Consulting including on gender and put a misleading headline on it. Scroll down past the graph for the bulletpoints that were their takeaway. This is not the same old same old about robotization, and actually not all gloom about the number willing to learn new skills, also that many of their bosses appear clueless about where people are at on this.
