Shooters and NRA supporting gun advocates denied that gun fire and target practice, or just  blowing off rounds into the brush, could be the cause of 33 or more wildfires that have destroyed tens of thousands of acres and done millions of dollars of damage in Rocky Mountain states.

The situation is bad enough that the Republican Governor of Utah is considering gun restrictions on public lands. ...Utah officials believe steel-jacketed bullets are the most likely culprits, given one shot that hits a rock and throws off sparks can ignite surrounding vegetation and quickly spread. Popular exploding targets are also blamed for causing wildfires....

I join Michelle Malkin, who had to evacuate her crib in the wealthy GOP friendly hood of Colorado Springs. Blame Democrats, whose new motto is 'never let a wildfire go to waste'. No way can they stop red-blooded Americans from exercising their freedoms to shoot at anything thast moves, or even stuff that doesn't move, like road signs and in Joe's Maricopa County, SAGUARO cactus, some vowed to shoot them down!!
