He's an asshat, Lulu - it's not "scary" - it's stupid. The only thing that's scary is people worried about Hillary having a vagina. "Don't concede too quick"? That was the takeaway in 2000, 2004 and 2016 - except finally after the retrospective if criminal Roger Stone and his "Brooks Brothers rebellion", the Dems are preparing themselves a tiny bit not to accept being rolled.

Hey Pericles, edit and shade Hillary's words all you want to to say that she said don't give up too soon rather than the truth which is that she said don't concede at all under any circumstances, but don't assume the privilege in your pompously narcissistic administration from what you act like is a throne on the masthead to edit and snidely change the wording of something I have posted. If you want me gone so bad, as you suggested, then strut your authority and ban me and be done with it but otherwise let my words stand as posted.

It is apparent that if I had posted the exact same video blog with an intro that said it presented a stupid unfounded, unsupported fear, you would have reflexively taken the exact opposite position and opposed it like you did this one which I said is scary and said so because it make a strong self evident case. The danger you posted a link to is also correct but it is certainly not the only danger.

Well, this ain't a Trump propaganda site, I edit ledes relatively frequently (ask AA), in many publications the lede doesn't even belong to the article author, Lulu already got away with a piece of Putin-deflecting Russian damage control propaganda last week, and based on the stolen election if 2016 I'm not going to sit here and let Hillary/Biden get smeared and libeled over what was an obvious request this time: demand vote and process review as needed, don't just roll over quickly "for the good of the country" as the Dems have done several times before in the face of Republican dirty tricks. I put "and Biden" in parentheses to highlight that Biden wasn't actually proposing stealing the election, and made it clear exactly what I did. In general, voting machines should be validated and basic diligence should be carried out whether the vote is close or not.

Absentee voting isn’t as secure as in-person voting, but there’s no evidence of widespread fraud, as Trump repeatedly alleges, sometimes in ALL CAPS. Nor is there any evidence that, at least prior to this campaign, mail-in voting has favored Democrats, as the president also believes.

Trump shouldn’t be trying to delegitimize the process, a point that journalists have often made, rightly. Yet there hasn’t been enough focus on the other side of equation: Does it make sense for Democrats to be such fervent boosters of a process that may lead to a historic number of votes cast in a presidential election not counting?

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany offered no clarity Thursday on President Donald Trump’s call for people to try voting twice, once by mail and once in person, to test the U.S. electoral system.

The subject came up when a reporter asked her to acknowledge that voting twice in the same election is illegal.

“The president does not condone unlawful voting,” McEnany responded. “The president’s been very clear about this. Once again, not surprised the media is taking the president out of context.”

Trump caused a stir on Wednesday when he told a group of supporters in North Carolina that they should vote by mail ― a process he has repeatedly claimed without evidence is ripe for voter fraud― and then see what happens when they try to vote in-person, too.

“If you get the unsolicited ballots, send it in and then go — make sure it counted,” he said. “And if it doesn’t tabulate, you vote. You just vote. And then if they tabulate it very late, which they shouldn’t be doing, they’ll see you voted, and so it won’t count. So, send it in early, and then go and vote. And if it’s not tabulated — you vote. And the vote is going to count.”

He said the same to reporters that day: “Let them send it in and let them go vote, and if their system’s as good as they say it is, then obviously they won’t be able to vote. If it isn’t tabulated, they’ll be able to vote.”

The president later tweeted the suggestion, too. (Twitter partially blocked those posts on the grounds that they violated its rules on “civic and election integrity.”)
