Ahvaz, May 4, IRNA – Iran on Saturday expressed outrage at desecration of Islamic sanctities by terrorist groups in Syria.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast condemned desecration of sanctities and exhuming of Prophet Mohammadˈs disciple, Hojr ibn Uday, by the Wahhabi terrorist groups in Syria.
Such an act reveals the depth of sedition the Zionits regime designs for the region, he added. Mehmanparast further noted that those behind the acts intend to create and widen rifts among the Shia and Sunni Muslims. International community should adopt a stance vis-à-vis the inhuman acts conducted in line with the Zionist regimeˈs goals, he said. He said that all the international bodies and Muslim nations should show reaction towards the sedition. [....]
