I tweeted earlier my view that Amash in the race would take more votes from Biden than from Trump, but it’s worth saying this is in part a question of what tactical choices a candidate makes in terms of who to target, what messages to use, what media to seek out etc
If he wants to he *could* run a race focused on states with a clear GOP lean (Georgia, Texas) and spend all his time attacking Trump from the right as a godless New York adulterer or whatever and trying to get booked on local conservative talk radio stations.
If you search social media you'll see people claim Justin Amash is white, and then use it as some kind of slur? He's Syrian-Palestinian. His grandparents were refugees from the 1948 war...
