there couldn't be a more damning accusation than this, Brock is basically suggesting that he was a full fledged member of what Hillary described as "the vast right wing conspiracy" of which Brock was once also a part:
I used to know Brett Kavanaugh pretty well from my days as a conservative. ⁰⁰
Anyone who thinks he’ll be an independent and fair judge is sorely mistaken—he’ll work for the Republican party, not the American people. The Senate should vote no. https://t.co/tNlsCO8HVy
Kavanaugh seems to be the Republican Party's Zelig, appearing in the background at every momentous turn and violation of norms that the Republican Party has steadily pursued in the name of power.
Senator Mitch McConnell, the Republican leader, told President Trump this past week that Judges Raymond M. Kethledge and Thomas M. Hardiman presented the fewest obvious obstacles to being confirmed to replace Justice Anthony M. Kennedy on the Supreme Court, according to Republican officials briefed on the conversation.
While careful not to directly make the case for any would-be justice, Mr. McConnell made clear in multiple phone calls with Mr. Trump and the White House counsel, Donald F. McGahn II, that the lengthy paper trail of another top contender, Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh, would pose difficulties for his confirmation [....]
BREAKING: A criminal complaint and judicial ethics complaint are being filed against Kavanaugh for perjury in Congressional testimony — and LOOK WHO’S REVIEWING IT!
the pic link is it, apparently a press release from the group, Democracy Coalition, a super PAC, that already filed with the DOJ and it also says they will be filing similar on Monday to the Clerk for DC Circuit court/Merrick Garland

a reminder that before he converted from right-wing conservatism, Brock was a major part of smearing Anita Hill so that Clarence Thomas could become a Supreme and then moved on to helping out the allout attack on the Clintons, to bring them down any way they could. He knows the whole shtick and everyone involved in it. And he cares very much about his rep for honesty and even handedness now, so much so that he would never say the same thing about an honest conservative. He basically forbade the smearing profession once and for all, that is why he founded Media Matters, to expose and decode smearing.

oops I see now that you separately posted Brock's essay a few posts down, here. Sorry, too many Kavanaugh threads...

Actually 2 different things, and Anita/Clarence Thomas makes 3. Kavanaugh is so deep up the colon, he's like a permanent lodge in the deep state.

The GOP establishment knows it, too. This Sept 6 op-ed @ Crooks and Liars which opines this
