is clearly a reference to the GA race as it decides control of the Senate, Trump is setting up Mitch as the reason if they lose it.

(Comes to mind this is a meme that Trump may find this a fruitful meme to keep beating after leaving office, bashing Mitch's anti-populism as the main problem with the GOP...)
