There is a massive power outage in the Southwest, From San Diego to Phoenix and it includes Tiajuana, Baja, Rancho Santa Margarita, OC, Lakeforest, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, Dana Point, parts of Mission Viejo and more. The outage affects about 1.4 million people.
