So it certainly seems the President of Moldova has very little say about what goes on with the country's foreign policy. This is the problem I have with the short BBC news blurbs: Who would be executing the "orders from the West" that he is complaining about? Who has the power to kick out diplomats that he doesn't want kicked out?
