Sounds nice, but it'll be outsourced to a mega-company that pays lower, or to a highschooler who doesn't have a family to feed. And depending on what they're working on, fixing inexperienced errors can be expensive unless they have a Continuous Deployment system in place to check for errors. But yeah, you can create fairly walled off areas of web dev coding similar to the lonesharks who designed first websites in the 90's.
