Unfortunately, as with most titles, National Women's Day doesn't amount to much more than a pat on the back ... but there are those who embody the idea every day of their lives. There are many who deserve to be celebrated - and I wish we had a President Hillary Clinton to celebrate as well. But what the hell, let's embrace and recognize all who have paved the way, whether successful in the general sense of the term or not.
