It appears the planned civil war re-enactment will be diluted by God's will--rain?
Edited to change "Civil War" to "civil war" as this particular re-enactment could be more like, say, the Spanish one than the American one?

I know there was violence in India, but i'll still take the legacy of Gandhí over either Lincoln's or Robert E. Lee's. 2 sides looking for a fight are gonna find a fight.
