Pot Fired into US with Cannons
By NCD on Wed, 12/12/2012 - 10:38am |YUMA, Ariz., Dec. 12 (UPI) -- Smugglers used cannons to lob dozens of canisters of marijuana from Mexico into the United States, the U.S. Border Patrol said.Agents said the canisters, each weighing about 2 pounds, were launched over a border fence by cannon, KTVK-TV, Phoenix, reported Tuesday.Officials estimate the 33 containers of marijuana found near Yuma Friday were worth more than $40,000.....
Good thing John McCain wasn't making one of his border tours to say "Finish that Damn Wall!", it would be a tragedy if he had to dodge canisters of marijuana while promoting a wall as a necessity for national security. Will people be next, they do it at the circus! What is the solution? A smaller PATRIOT missile system for flying canisters of pot? A higher wall? Legalization?? Entrepreneurs will always be there to meet demand.
