all you have to do is a search on Twitter for "illegal immigration" and immediately you see the talking points distributed and promoted far and wide, from candidates to status figures to think tanks to talking heads and operatives:

Democrats stand for riots and lawlessness. They’ve spent the past year demonizing the police, demanding open borders, and turning a blind eye to illegal immigration.

Myself, must admit I often think of Gerald Ford pardoning Nixon and telling the country that it's time to move on.

BUT THEN they won't denounce Trump, and that's all they'd really have to do and then they could play down Jan. 6 as history, bad history but gone. So beholden to the crazies, instead of leading, they are sheeple following the whims of crazies. It's simply not going to work out for them as the rule of law is not on that side, the FBI is hunting all the participants down, it's simple reality!
