I'm a liberal. If you want to raise taxes to pay for better social programs or offer a child tax credit that will benefit the poor, I'm for it. I can't see the benefit in focusing on a break for the top half of America. Only about 42% of Americans go to college. https://t.co/4azD9EDAly
