Three weeks ago #SCOTUS Clarence weighed in for 20 pgs linking abortion w eugenics. Today he spent 17 pgs, in concurring opinion, decrying stare decisis as a doctrine that "elevates demonstrably erroneous decisions...over the text of the Constitution."
